Detailed Product Description
Tubular heat shrink sleeve is made of a radiation cross linked polyolefin backing, coated with a hot-melting copolymer adhesive which effectively bonds to steel substrates and common pipeline coateings, including polyethylene and fusion bonded epoxy. It consists of a unique tubular configuration that has been factory constructed, resulting in quick and reliable field installation, It can also be easily used for corrosion protection of glange joint, casing and bell joint of steel pipelines.
Backing thickness is from 0.75-2.0mm and adhesie thickness is from 0.8mm-2.0mm.
Maxiumum operation temperature: 30 or 50 degrees centigrade.
Compatible pipeline coating: PE, FBE, PP, COAL TAR
Minimum preheat temperature: 75 degrees centigrade.
