Detailed Product Description
This sleeve has a construction of two layer system, the first is visco-elastic low preheat adhesive(mastic adhesive) and the second is the radiation crosslinked high density polyethylene backin. It has excellent compatibility with many kinds of coatings such as PP, PE, FBE, epoxy modified coal tar and butumen.
Backing thickness is from 0.75-1.5mm and adhesive layer thickness is from 0.5mm-2.0mm.
Maxiumum operation temperature: 30 degrees centigrade.
Compatible pipeline coating: PE, FBE, PP, COAL TAR
Minimum preheat temperature: 50 degrees centigrade.
